Coordinator Rental and Aftersales

Your new challenge? You are a customer-oriented person looking for a position in which you will have very varied days. Indeed, in this role there is a healthy variety between administration, machine handling, contact with customers and fellow technicians. You will be the point of contact for our customers. You will help them both by phone, email, and on site. In more detail, you will be responsible for:

Rental

  • As rental coordinator, you are responsible for the complete flow. This ranges from preparing and testing the machines, the administration, informing the customer about the operation to checking after returning the rented machines.

Aftersales

  • You receive the repairs and take care of the necessary administration;
  • After the repairs have been carried out you will return the machine to the customer and give them the necessary explanation.

In this role you are in close contact with the workshop manager.

What is your profile?

In addition to your collegial personality, administrative accuracy and positive drive, you can also place a "check" next to the following:

  • You have technical baggage/education or experience in the world of machine rental;
  • You are naturally a communicative talent;
  • You also enjoy rolling up your sleeves and can drive a forklift or are open to learning to do so;
  • You can be flexible with changing priorities and are helpful to your colleagues.

We are mainly looking for a hands-on colleague, someone who enjoys a varied job in a West-Flemish SME.
